1. Death Note

Now we finalize our Top 10 anime list with an anime that leaves a mark on every anime lover. Death Note is an anime that is included in the bucket list of every anime lover. It has been loved and embraced in all times by all the people who watched it.  It was loved so much that it had to be banned in China because the kids who were affected by the anime started to keep Death Note Notebooks to write the names of all people they hated and wished them to die!!

The anime is originally based on a manga series written by Tsugumi Ooba and it tells the story of a very clever high school boy named Light. Light is a kid who all the time criticizes the world and the way it is and he feels quite disturbed about his weakness. Luckily, when he is sitting in a garden, he encounters a notebook accidentally dropped by a Shinigami called Ryuk. On the first page of the notebook, it says ‘’The person whose name is written in this notebook will die.”

From then on, the Earth is going to witness a new justice system that is introduced by Light.

Since the anime had an incredible influence on the people no matter they were from the east or west, it was also adapted to a movie to be released in 2017. However, if you ask me, the movie version could not come any closer to the original work.
